PS500
Personal Safety Gas Monitors
Up to Five Gas Personal Monitor
Developed with direct input from users, the Teledyne PS500 is a robust and highly accurate gas detector built for confined space and industrial applications. It offers flexible detection of up to five gases using toxic, catalytic, photoionisation, and infrared sensors.
The “plug and play” design allows users to easily swap sensor boards to monitor different gas ranges. Ideal for noisy environments, the PS500 features a powerful 95dBA audible alarm and a large, high-visibility visual alert.
It supports pump, diffusion, or dual sampling modes—enabling pre-entry checks and continuous monitoring while conserving battery life. Housed in a moulded, rubberised casing, the PS500 is impact-resistant and ready for the toughest work conditions.
Multi-Gas Flexibility
The PS500 can detect up to five gases using a mix of toxic, catalytic, photoionisation, and infrared sensors. Its “plug and play” design allows users to easily swap sensor boards for different gas ranges, offering unmatched adaptability.
Safety in Harsh Conditions
With a powerful 95dBA alarm and high-visibility visual alerts, the PS500 excels in noisy, high-risk environments. Its rugged, rubberised casing ensures durability and impact resistance across demanding industrial sites.
Dual Sampling Modes
Users can switch between pump and diffusion modes—or use both—enabling pre-entry checks and continuous monitoring while conserving battery life. This dual-mode capability enhances operational efficiency and safety compliance.
