FLIR G306

Optical Gas Imaging Camera

Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) Camera for Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF₆)

The FLIR G306 is an advanced Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) camera designed to detect sulphur hexafluoride (SF₆), ammonia (NH₃), ethylene (C₂H₄), and other industrial gas leaks across a range of environments.

SF₆ is a highly potent greenhouse gas, with a global warming potential more than 23,000 times greater than CO₂ over a 100-year period.

It’s commonly used in the electricity sector as an insulator and arc-quenching medium in gas-insulated substations and circuit breakers.

With the portable, non-contact G306, you can safely and efficiently inspect substations for hazardous and environmentally damaging gas leaks—without disrupting power delivery or halting industrial operations.

Superior Gas Visualisation

Integrates 640 × 512 resolution thermal imaging and a 4K visible sensor into a single camera for optimal performance in any environment or lighting condition.

Improved software integration

Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® allow you to connect to smartphones or tablets and effortlessly edit and store images in the cloud or wirelessly transfer files using the included FLIR Ignite cloud service.

Ergonomic for comfortable operation

Comfortably operate and interact with your G306 thanks to a rotating 10.16 cm (4 in) LCD touchscreen, which allows you view targets from any direction.
